Clean, vegan, low carb, Paleo, Keto, juicing, hCG, South Beach, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Dukan, intermittent fasting — the list goes on and on. And on. These days, we don't know what's up and what's down when it comes to healthy eating. With each "revolutionary" diet book published, the wellness landscape seems to shift, and it's difficult to know when you've hit terra firma, or if it's all gobbledygook.
So what happens? You get stuck, right? You try this. You try that. You try something you saw on social media. You try whatever worked for your friends. You sink time and money into supplements and food products that leave you physically and emotionally hungry. You cycle through one eating plan after another, desperately trying to figure out what's not only going to work for you (a.k.a. get the job done) but what's going to work for your lifestyle, on all levels, in all ways. And so you spend most of your time experimenting, getting somewhere, perhaps, and then falling several steps behind when you find yourself unable to sustain the constraints and/or shortcomings of the program. It's super frustrating, not to mention time consuming, expensive and draining.
IT'S FINALLY TIME TO STOP HAVING WEIGHT ISSUES.
IT'S FINALLY TIME TO DEAL WITH WHAT'S AILING YOU — PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, AND EMOTIONALLY.
IT'S FINALLY TIME TO FEEL BETTER — OR, DARE YOU DREAM, AWESOME.
FOOD IS KEY.
SO NOW WHAT DO YOU DO?
Do you soldier on and try the next big thing you read about on Facebook? Nah.
Do you circle back to something that failed you in the past? No way.
Do you give up and resign yourself to letting sick, tired, bloated and all-around unrecognizable be the new normal? Hell no!
HERE'S WHAT YOU DO: EIGHTY
Eighty is the last program you'll ever need. Why? Because it's a way of life. You're about to be shifted onto the solid ground of health, vibrance, empowerment, and being at your peak state once and for all.
Eighty embodies the philosophy that 80% of weight loss, weight maintenance and overall health and wellness comes down to what and how you eat. The truth is: You're probably not doing it right —despite (or maybe even because of) how many programs and how much information is out there. You cannot outsmart your body by eating fake foods or over-training at the gym. With so much of the immune system resting in the gut, you have to trust your body to be your guide. When you eat what is nutritious for your body, you feel more alive and energized. Even a rich meal with the right ingredients will leave you comfortable afterwards, not bloated or fatigued.
READY TO EAT FOR HEALTH, EAT FOR JOY AND EAT FOR LIFE?
